It’s true. When I was in second grade, I was obsessed with the Spice Girls and had a life goal of being a back-up dancer for a famous singer – particularly Posh or Sporty Spice if they ever split up.
If given the appropriate amount of time to learn a dance in a judgement-free zone, I can totally rock it. Outside of those conditions, I would not call myself a dancer. When it comes down to it, though, I DO love the feeling when I nail a routine (I used to be a cheerleader), or when I am so into the music that I’m not thinking about anything else, or when I get a killer calorie burn doing something that I love!
