Fitness has always been one of my passions since I was a little tyke playing tee-ball. I’ve played tennis, soccer, cheerleading (yes, it IS a sport), and I’m always down for a game of kickball. Nutrition, on the other hand, is something that I’ve learned to love. After trial & error with beinggluten free and testing out fad diets, I’ve found that the best way for my body to feel it’s best is by eating whole foods, limiting gluten, and make sure I’m eating enough! (Sorry girls, you won’ t ever find me restricting to less than 1200 calories…been there, done that. Your body needs fuel to build muscles & burn fat!) Before I knew it, I found myself loving testing out new simple, healthy recipes and sharing them!
As a coach, I get to help people reach their health & fitness goals! This job is so much more rewarding than I ever thought it could be. - I have 2 fur babies – Sailor the toy Australian Shepherd and Leopold the cat
- I have a twin sister & older sister
- I love high intensity workouts like Insanity Max:30 and TurboFire, but I also love being centered and stretching with yoga.
